Not being able to see her doesn't seem to be a problem really - she has a better view out of the back window and also because it is the regular car seat in front of her rather than the floor, when she drops her toys she can generally get them back so she tends to be fairly content. I also find I can talk about things we are passing and because she is facing the other way, she has time to see them wheras the other way round we would pass them before she had time to look.Saved Sinnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05366387784640048630noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5856856486973082477.post-38746489755515966972009-04-06T23:10:00.000+01:002009-04-06T23:10:00.000+01:00Susan, this is a great post, and, for me very time...Susan, this is a great post, and, for me very timely as I am about to buy a bigger car seat for Honor. Thank you!
I had no idea about all this, and infact, even though Honor is still in a rear facing infant seat, we have her in a car seat that swivels to face the other way so that she is, in fact, forward facing. This is so that I can see her when I am driving. Argh! I'll have to change that tomorrow.
How about not being able to see your little girl? Do you find that a problem?
Also, i have to say, I blanched somewhat when I saw the price of the car seat. Ouch!
Thanks again for a very illuminating post!Clare@ BattlementsOfRubieshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13672603563016876943noreply@blogger.com
