I just finished reading this book from cover to cover. Hubby is going to read it too but as he doesn't have the same time I do for reading (I can read while breastfeeding), I worked out which chapters where most
relevant to read in terms of making personal dietary changes and the reasoning behind it.
This is the list of chapters I have made for him:
- any two from ch 3-14
- ch 15-19
- ch21
Reading just these chapters saves reading a lot of repetetive or more involved/technical stuff but still gives you a good grounding in the overall message of the book.
